Q: I want to know what are my chances of having my hotel reservation in Las Vegas made on The Stratosphere Hotel. I wouldn't like to get another "similar" one. Also, I would like to know whether is possible that I could upgrade my hotel in Las Vegas to the Ceasars Palace, for example. If it is, how much more would I have to pay? Thank you very much. 99% of the time we will have the hotel at the Stratosphere. We will inform you if the Stratosphere is sold out.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to upgrade your Las Vegas hotels.

Q: It's me and my 3 friends again ;-). Turns out we will be arriving with more package than we thought we would be.. meaning, we all might have 2 big suitcase, and one carry-on. Will we be allowed to take our suitcases on the tour with us (will it be stored in the bus?), or do we have to lock it somewhere? If so, how much will it cost to have them stored savely? Correct. We will accommodate your luggage in the under carriage of the tour bus. You will have to bring the luggage down each night for the night's hotel stay.
There is no place to lock them for an extended period of time. You must put them on the bus and off the bus each day.

Q: For the stay in vegas it says plaza casino r stratosphere. I really don't feel safe staying in plaza since its pretty far from the strip. That is the only factor stopping me from booking this trip for june. Can u tell me if the tourists wil be put in plaza or stratosphere? View answers (1) A: |

We will take all the Stratosphere hotel rooms first and then book people into the Plaza hotel. 99% of the time the rooms booked will be the Stratosphere.
If there are not enough rooms in the Stratosphere hotel, then we will book you for the Plaza hotel. You may leave a note in the comment's section of your booking that you would like to stay at the Stratosphere and we will do our best to book the Stratosphere hotel for you.
Generally, if you are booking early for a June departure, the Stratosphere rooms should be available.

You need to wait until you receive our official confirmation e-mail for the tour before you book your flights.
The e-tickets and confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail. You will have to double check for these documents. You can bring a digital image of the e-ticket or a digital photo of the e-ticket if you cannot print the e-ticket out.
If you do not have access to an e-mail 1-2 days before the tour, then please print out the e-ticket beforehand. Or, you can ask your hotel's concierge or where-ever you are staying for e-mail access.

Yes, 4 people in 1 room is the maximum occupancy per room. The room will have two queen sized or full sized beds.
Please request for the hotel extension in the official tour booking. The hotel extension we offer in LA would offer airport shuttle service to and from LAX. Generally for 4 people, the extension would cost around $109. We will offer you a proper quote in your official booking.

Q: A group of us(11pax) will be joining this 5d/4n tour LA-LV on 2-6/Jun. Question: 10 of the members are in the standard tour except myself. As I would like to skip the 3rd day(Grand Canyon Tour), Can I start my tour a day later? That is I arrive LA on the 3/Jun, going to LV on the second day(4/Jun) and join my group on the night itself. Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
If you take this tour on June 2, then the itinerary would be:
June 2-Airport Transfer
June 3-Universal Studios
June 4-Los Angeles to Las Vegas
June 5-Grand Canyon
June 6-Las Vegas to Los Angeles
As this is a group tour, if you do not take the airport transfer on Day 1, you will need to make your own way to the hotel on Day 1 in order to join the tour group.
If you do not take portions of this tour, the price will remain the same, as this is a pre-packaged tour and cannot be adjusted. We recommend that you book your tour with your group to ensure that you will be all on the same bus.
